Zong Track app is a corporate product for corporate clients in Pakistan only. There is a proper manual onboarding process. We collect company documents and tracking numbers on company letter head then company and employee accounts are created and all the numbers got whitelisted in Zong Track admin portal via super admin login role. We collect information like employee locations, employee visit and employee attendance.
We also collect information automatically when you use our Services, such as your mobile device name, device IMEI, device id and device location.
Company admin or supervisor have access to this information we collect, to maintain field employees tracking information for improving employee productivity, efficiency and accountability.
We do not share your information with third parties, only company have access to their employees tracking information.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
